Technology Process Re-Engineering, Assistant Vice President

• 7+ years experience in technology process improvement, process mapping, business analysis, operational excellence, technology transformation, project delivery, or risk-aligned initiatives in large organizations.
• Experience with complex process documentation and project deliverables in financial services, technology, operations, risk management, or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of process mapping and re-engineering methods such as BPMN, SIPOC, value stream mapping, Lean, Six Sigma, business capability mapping, or operating model design.
• Experience using process standards, templates, repositories, governance routines, action trackers, and reporting tools.
• Experience working with globally distributed technology teams and coordinating with stakeholders across technology, risk, operations, and business functions.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills; ability to create clear process maps, procedures, meeting materials, status updates, and records.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, maintain detailed action and decision logs, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality documentation.
• Working knowledge of process design, ownership, controls, metrics, and operational resilience.

GTS Technology Process Mapping Delivery:

• Use GTS methodology, standards, taxonomy, templates, and tools to document processes.
• Create and maintain detailed end-to-end process maps including activities, roles, systems, controls, inputs, outputs, pain points, and performance indicators.
• Complete process mapping and re-engineering deliverables, coordinate inputs, incorporate review comments and deliver on schedule.

Process Re-engineering, Optimization & Control Improvement:

• Perform structured process analysis to identify inefficiencies, manual workarounds, unclear ownership, control gaps, and opportunities for simplification or automation.
• Prepare materials and participate in working sessions with process owners and transformation teams; capture decisions, requirements, issues, and update documentation.
• Document future-state process designs, roles, controls, implementation actions, and measurable outcomes.

Governance, Quality & Reporting:

• Maintain process maps, supporting documentation, logs, and records to ensure current, traceable, validated, and aligned materials.
• Compile status updates on process coverage, deliverables, open actions, risks, and escalate gaps or delays.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Adoption:

• Collaborate with technology, risk, operations, and delivery teams to gather and validate information and support agreement on materials.
• Follow up on actions, maintain decision and approval records, and support implementation with clear procedures and job aids.

The minimum salary quoted is zł182,004 annually for the primary location and may differ if working elsewhere. Salary is determined by multiple factors and includes potential discretionary annual performance-based awards.
