Technology Process Re-Engineering, Vice President

• 10+ years of experience in technology process transformation or related fields within large organizations.
• Experience leading complex workstreams or teams, preferably in regulated environments such as financial services.
• Proficiency with process mapping and re-engineering methods like BPMN, SIPOC, value stream mapping, Lean, Six Sigma.
• Experience applying process standards, governance, repositories, templates, maturity assessments, and reporting.
• Ability to work with globally distributed teams and influence across multiple functions.
• Strong skills in communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical evaluation, and change delivery.

GTS Technology Process Mapping Delivery:

• Apply the GTS technology process mapping methodology, standards, taxonomy, and tools to assigned priority processes.
• Develop and maintain clear end-to-end views of priority GTS processes.
• Lead assigned process mapping and re-engineering workstreams and coordinate contributions across global locations.

Process Re-engineering, Optimization & Control Improvement:

• Conduct structured process analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for simplification, standardization, or automation.
• Facilitate sessions to design future-state processes and develop implementation plans.
• Define and track measurable outcomes for re-engineering initiatives.

Governance, Quality & Reporting:

• Execute governance routines to keep process maps current and aligned with standards and controls.
• Prepare executive reporting on process coverage, risks, and improvements, escalating as needed.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Adoption:

• Build relationships across technology, risk, operations, and delivery teams.
• Facilitate discussions to resolve ownership ambiguities and promote sustained process improvements.

This position is located in Krakow, Poland. Salary is set at a minimum of 282,000 zł annually but may differ if working outside the primary location. Employment is subject to State Street's policies including equal opportunity employment and whistleblowing standards.
