Wymagania

5+ years of experience in software development with Data Software Engineering technologies
Advanced knowledge of Python
Extensive experience with Apache Spark and Databricks
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform
Experience with AI development tools e.g. Claude Code, Github Copilot, Cursor
Experience managing small to mid-size teams using Agile methodology
Ability to explain technological solutions in a simple, business-oriented way
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (B2+)

Develop and implement innovative analytical solutions using Cloud Native, Data, and NoSQL-related technologies
Develop and implement Cloud/On-Premise/Hybrid solutions using top data frameworks
Drive next waves of AI adoption
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and evaluate features
Build partnerships with architects, technical leads, and other functional groups
Analyze business problems and technical environments to design quality solutions
Participate actively in code reviews and testing to meet best practice specifications
Mentor team members and provide tools and motivation to foster a high-performance engineering culture
Write project documentation
