Global Change Manager

Our client is an international organization with a global business services function. The role is within the Project & Change Management Office.

• Experience in projects involving significant organizational change, ideally within an international and multicultural environment.
• Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, constructively challenge assumptions and build commitment.
• Ability to translate complex organizational challenges into practical change solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Fluency in English.

• Experience in delivering training and developing the capabilities of others.

• Define change management strategies and plans aligned with global project objectives and business needs.
• Coordinate change activities across regions and local teams, ensuring delivery within the agreed scope and project timelines.
• Onboard, guide and support a community of local change managers, strengthening their capabilities and sharing best practices.
• Lead global Train-the-Trainer activities and support project teams in planning and delivering training.
• Advise project leaders and sponsors on organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement and adoption.
• Identify people-related risks and recommend practical solutions to address barriers to change.
• Build strong relationships across functions and foster collaboration in close partnership with the Global Project Manager.
• Encourage business leaders, sponsors and project teams to take ownership of change within their areas of responsibility.
• Continuously improve change management methods, tools and practices, while contributing to the development of the project and change management community.
