Demonstrate active listening to align technology solutions with the unique brand identities of each Maison
Serve as a consulting partner guiding clients through Salesforce Commerce Cloud best practices and proactively proposing solutions
Manage expectations, mitigate risks, and align technology priorities between the parent group and individual boutiques
Architect end-to-end solutions ensuring scalability, security, and performance for global traffic and peak retail seasons
Define development guidelines for Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA), SiteGenesis, and modern Headless/Composable commerce scenarios
Design integration flows between SFCC and third-party systems such as OMS, ERP, PIM, CRM, and Payment Gateways
Oversee development teams and System Integrators to ensure adherence to design patterns, code quality, and platform constraints
