Microsoft Solution Architect (m/w/d) – German speaking

As a Microsoft Solution Architect at x1F, you design and develop modern Microsoft environments across multi tenant infrastructures, including on premises, hybrid, and cloud-only platforms. The role involves leading complex migrations and creating future-ready architectures for digital workplaces.

• Excellent experience administering and migrating Microsoft 365 services.
• Excellent experience administering and migrating Microsoft on premises environments, including Active Directory and Exchange.
• Professional communication skills in technical consulting or presales.
• Several years of experience designing Microsoft solution architectures and leading migration projects, including complex multi tenant environments.
• Very good knowledge of Azure services and cloud administration.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
• Experience working in structured IT environments, ideally following ITIL principles.
• Degree in Computer Science, completed vocational training in IT, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
• German language skills at C1 level or higher and good English skills.
• Low travel requirements; primarily remote work.

Design:

• Shape solution architectures and migration strategies for modern Microsoft environments across cloud, hybrid, and on premises platforms.
• Design and evolve Microsoft landscapes in complex multi tenant scenarios including FINSecure Cloud environments.

Modernize:

• Drive the continuous development of Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Configuration Manager, and Microsoft Defender Suite.

Migrate:

• Lead complex transformation projects and guide customers through on premises, hybrid, and cloud only architectures.

Support:

• Provide expertise to challenging 3rd level support cases ensuring reliable service delivery in line with ITIL V4.

Consult:

• Work closely with customers, contribute to presales activities, and develop technical solutions.

Grow:

• Identify opportunities for additional Microsoft services and help customers unlock their environments' full potential.

Share:

• Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and improve best practices continuously.
