Senior Agentic AI & Automation Engineer (Sustainability)

P&G's Sustainability (ESG) Services organization focuses on reducing environmental footprint and enabling sustainable product and consumer choices through data and intelligence. The team works on climate, waste, water, nature, packaging, product life-cycle impacts, and sustainability reporting, applying AI and cloud technology at a global enterprise scale.

• Strong foundations in software engineering, AI/ML, data engineering, automation, or cloud engineering.
• Hands-on programming experience with clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
• Experience with modern data platforms, pipelines, APIs, cloud services, and DevOps/CI/CD.
• Curiosity about generative and agentic AI, analytics, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills connecting technology to business and sustainability outcomes.
• Passion for continuous learning and interest in addressing environmental challenges.
• Prior ESG experience is welcome but not required.

• Design, prototype, build, and scale AI- and automation-enabled solutions for sustainability insights and actions.
• Apply agentic AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows to sustainability challenges.
• Develop trusted data models, quality controls, ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and distributed processing for ESG reporting.
• Experiment with emerging AI models and technologies to build secure, production-ready capabilities.
• Write high-quality, tested, standards-compliant code and reusable components.
• Deploy and operate cloud-native solutions using DevOps, CI/CD, and automation practices.
• Partner with sustainability experts, product teams, data professionals, architects, and engineers to embed sustainability intelligence into decision workflows.
