Solution Architect (Data)

Procter & Gamble is hiring for a Solution Architect (Data) role based in Warsaw and Bucharest offices. The position focuses on the European Transportation Ecosystem within the IT and Product Supply organization, operating in a global, multi-location team.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• 5+ years of Data Architecture or IT industry experience
• Knowledge of cloud architectures, especially Microsoft Azure, enterprise integration patterns, and DevOps practices
• Proven experience leading solution design for generative technologies including effort estimation and business case presentations
• Deep knowledge of system, application, and infrastructure security architecture
• Familiarity with delta lake, database systems, and query optimization
• Experience with Databricks
• Basic programming skills in Python and SQL
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong English communication skills
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Sonarqube, Github, and Azure DevOps
• Basic project management skills or experience on large projects
• Experience working in Agile framework environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail
• Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Nice to have:

• Significant experience in data and automation solution architecture focused on Generative AI and/or Agentic AI solutions
• Hands-on expertise with Semantic Model and large language models (LLMs)
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure AI services including Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Agent Service, Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Experience in opportunity identification for transformation, automation, and AI
• Proficiency in data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes
• Advanced programming in Python and SQL
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy principles
• Prior knowledge of Power Platform
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols
• Experience with rapid prototyping of Generative and Agentic AI solutions
• Consulting or client-facing technical specialist experience

Strategic Architecture & Ecosystem Vision:

• Execute and evolve the solution architectural vision and strategy for the Europe Transportation Ecosystem
• Collaborate with stakeholders to realize digital products within this ecosystem

Hands-on Architecture & Delivery:

• Participate in solution discovery and translate business requirements into robust architectural designs for agentic solutions, communication platforms, and Control Tower
• Engage hands-on in data modeling, mapping, and schema definition to develop the semantic layer
• Build, prototype, and iterate solution designs directly with product and project teams
• Ensure a robust data and semantic layer foundation supporting European Transportation programs

Architecture Stewardship & Enterprise Alignment:

• Develop and maintain architectural assets including reference architectures, patterns, and guidelines
• Conduct architecture reviews ensuring compliance with standards, security policies, and performance requirements
• Manage architecture artifacts such as process flows, diagrams, data, frameworks, and technology stacks
• Participate in Architecture Review Boards presenting designs and collaborating on enterprise initiatives

Knowledge Acceleration & Innovation:

• Define, document, and promote architectural best practices and design principles
• Lead and contribute to Communities of Practice fostering knowledge sharing
• Stay updated on architectural advancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends relevant to agentic solutions and data platforms
• Identify and evaluate innovative opportunities
