Salesforce Commerce Cloud Solution Architect, Director

• Minimum 7 years in IT with at least 5 years as a Solution Architect on Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects
• Strong knowledge of SFRA, ISML, and Demandware Script
• Expertise in Business Manager and Salesforce APIs (OCAPI, SCAPI)
• Proven experience delivering e-commerce projects in Fashion, Retail, or Luxury sectors
• Ability to adapt communication style and manage high-pressure situations with diplomacy and empathy
• Skill in simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical decision-makers
• Capability to inspire technical teams and collaborate with system integrators and agencies
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1+ level)

• Lead workshops and presentations with CDOs, CTOs, and E-commerce Directors, adapting technical language for business stakeholders
• Demonstrate active listening to understand unique needs of each luxury brand (Maison)
• Act as a consulting partner guiding clients through Salesforce Commerce Cloud best practices
• Manage expectations, mitigate risks, and align technological priorities with business desires
• Architect end-to-end Salesforce B2C Commerce solutions ensuring scalability, security, and performance
• Define development guidelines for Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA), SiteGenesis, and modern Headless commerce scenarios
• Design integration flows between SFCC and third-party systems such as OMS, ERP, PIM, CRM, and Payment Gateways
• Oversee development teams and system integrators to ensure adherence to design patterns, code quality, and platform constraints
