Wymagania
- 7+ years in IT industry with at least 5+ years as a Solution Architect on Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects
- Strong knowledge of Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA), ISML, and Demandware Script
- Expertise in Business Manager and Salesforce APIs (OCAPI, SCAPI)
- Proven delivery of e-commerce projects in Fashion, Retail, or Luxury sectors
- Ability to adapt communication styles for diverse stakeholders and handle conflicts with diplomacy
- Skill in simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical decision-makers
- Ability to inspire technical teams and collaborate with System Integrators and agencies
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1+)
Nice to have:
- Salesforce B2C Commerce Architect certification
Obowiązki
- Lead workshops and presentations with CDOs, CTOs, and E-commerce Directors, adapting technical language for business stakeholders
- Demonstrate active listening to understand the unique aspects of each Maison's brand identity
- Act as a consulting partner guiding clients on Salesforce Commerce Cloud best practices
- Manage expectations, mitigate risks, and align technological priorities between the parent group and digital boutiques
- Architect end-to-end solutions within the Salesforce B2C Commerce ecosystem ensuring scalability, security, and performance
- Define development guidelines for Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA), SiteGenesis, and Headless/Composable commerce scenarios
- Design integration flows between SFCC and third-party systems like OMS, ERP, PIM, CRM, and Payment Gateways
- Oversee development teams and System Integrators to ensure adherence to design patterns, code quality, and platform constraints
