Project Manager / Managerka

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT project management at the business-technology interface.
• Experience leading complex technology projects.
• Managed projects involving changes in business processes and IT systems within large matrix organizations.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions and artificial intelligence, including legal and ethical AI aspects (RODO, data bias, explainability).
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence tools.
• Skilled with management tools including MS Project, MS Excel, and Jira.
• Capable of managing risk, budget, and interdisciplinary teams (developers, analysts, business experts).
• Able to communicate complex technical issues effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Holds a technical higher education degree (e.g., Computer Science, Automation, Mathematics, Econometrics) and a project management certificate (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe).

• Manage and oversee IT projects (including AI-related projects), coordinating implementations and managing budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams consisting of developers, analysts, and architects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and management by reporting project statuses.
• Ensure legal and ethical compliance of projects, especially AI solutions, including adherence to regulations like RODO and AI Act.
