Power Platform Developer Copilot Studio

Link Group is hiring for this role based in multiple cities in Poland including Warszawa, Gdańsk, Szczecin, Poznań, Łódź, Lublin, Kraków, and Wrocław.

• Deep, hands-on mastery of Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Experience designing AI-driven, scalable conversational workflows.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

• Practical experience building custom connectors for integrations.
• Understanding of governance, data privacy, and security controls within Power Platform.
• Experience with chatbot analytics for virtual agent performance and user-experience optimization.

• Define conversational UX guidelines and structure topics using Copilot Studio.
• Integrate conversational agents with backend systems, external APIs, and Microsoft Power Platform components.
• Design scalable AI-driven workflows applying cloud ecosystem components like Azure OpenAI or Cognitive Services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into secure and sustainable digital solutions.
• Work efficiently in client-facing settings demonstrating strong analytical skills and fluent English communication.
