• Several years of experience in IT and/or business solution analysis
• Good understanding of data flow integration
• Ability to analyze and scrutinize data to understand its content and behavior
• Hands-on experience with SQL
• Strong requirements elicitation skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex requirements and dependencies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
• Self-driven and collaborative team player
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Knowledge of trading and/or transaction reporting is an advantage
• Experience with XSLT, BDD, and Communication Layer is an advantage
• Foundational understanding of programming and ability to read code is an advantage

• Design new reporting solutions and prepare requirement specifications in collaboration with stakeholders
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align solutions with target goals
• Act as a bridge between business and IT development teams
• Facilitate understanding of requirements and their impact by translating needs from business to technology and vice versa
• Support the development of sustainable and reliable solutions
• Gather, analyze, and structure business and technical requirements

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
