• Experience in the banking sector
• Experience in system analysis and independently preparing and executing application tests
• Understanding of IT systems, application server roles, processes, and data flows
• Ability to translate requirements and system operations into test cases
• Practical knowledge of SQL for queries and data verification and ability to use pgAdmin
• Basic knowledge of HTML
• Knowledge of methods for acquiring, organizing, and modeling requirements
• Experience in modeling processes and functionalities using use cases and prototyping
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Very good knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
• Higher education in computer science, mathematics, economics, or related fields
• Communicative English language skills (spoken and written)
• Independence, accuracy, problem analysis skills, and cooperation with business, IT, and suppliers

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Java and Thymeleaf in template work
• Experience in application configuration and preparing templates for reports, letters, or forms
• Knowledge of Sparx Enterprise Architect or Bizagi BPM Modeler

• Analyze system operation, business and system requirements, processes, and data flows
• Independently develop test cases and scenarios and plan test execution
• Perform tests, analyze results, report defects, and verify fixes
• Accept implemented functionalities and check their compliance with requirements
• Configure the system and prepare templates for reports, letters, and forms
• Assess feasibility of changes and prepare solution recommendations
• Create analytical documentation and functional and technical specifications covering processes and interfaces
• Collaborate with IT teams and external suppliers during change implementation
