This role is part of a new fintech project focused on building and developing modern machine learning solutions for one of Poland’s leading organizations in the logistics and e-commerce industry. The client is a well-established and rapidly growing Polish business developing a fintech initiative in payments and financial products.

• 6+ years of experience in MLOps engineering or closely related platform engineering roles.
• 4+ years designing and operating model serving infrastructure in production.
• Strong expertise in Python development.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, including ML workloads and platform integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration.
• Advanced experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Practical experience with MLflow for experiment tracking and deployment.
• Understanding of Machine Learning lifecycle management and production ML operations.
• Experience implementing A/B testing, shadow deployments, and advanced release strategies.
• Experience with streaming platforms and CDC architectures.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code principles and tools.
• Experience designing and implementing event-driven architectures.
• Understanding of cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices.
• Experience building highly available, scalable, and resilient distributed systems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
