Kubernetes Platform Engineer

• Completed degree in an IT-related field.
• Confident communication skills in Polish and English.
• Experience in building and operating Kubernetes platforms.
• Knowledge of self-service concepts for developer teams is ideal.
• Daily work with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows (e.g., Argo CD/Flux).
• Proficiency in observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
• DevOps expertise in Bash/Shell scripting.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Experience with cloud platforms Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Availability for hybrid work mode or remote with at least one quarterly visit to the Katowice office.

• Proactively advise customers and help drive their technological and commercial development.
• Drive continuous development of Kubernetes platforms as a Kubernetes Consultant.
• Design and implement new Kubernetes features to provide developers with self-service capabilities.
• Develop and optimize automation using CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
• Support the management of multi-cloud infrastructures and implement additional cloud-native strategies.
• Work closely with development teams to integrate modern DevOps practices into the development lifecycle and foster shared learning.
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to internal projects used for sales and training purposes.
