Analityk Biznesowy (Senior Business Analyst)

Develocraft is hiring for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a team responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of technology projects from a business perspective.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business process analysis at a senior level.
• Practical knowledge of BPMN notation.
• Proficiency with tools: Enterprise Architect, JIRA, Confluence.
• Experience in end-to-end project delivery and knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare business recommendations.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Polish language proficiency at minimum C1 level.
• Analytical and process-oriented thinking focused on organizational improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and high team collaboration standards.
• Commitment to quality, punctuality, and goal achievement.

• Identify areas for improvement and design and optimize business processes.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand current processes.
• Work with IT teams by transferring business analysis to system analysis and software development teams for solution implementation.
• Model and document business processes using BPMN notation with Enterprise Architect.
• Define business needs and prepare comprehensive project documentation.
