• Bachelor or Master degree.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 full life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors at global scale.
• Extensive experience shaping and implementing complementary technologies, ideally within SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
• Hands-on configuration experience with SAP SuccessFactors or related technologies.
• Comprehensive People Function knowledge across all domains.
• Deep understanding of People Function enabling technologies.
• Proven ability to build relationships across functions and OpCos.
• Experience as trusted advisor to senior People Function stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Keen interest in technology enabling new ways of working.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and maintain relationships across levels.
• Strong focus on operational excellence and program delivery.
• Leadership experience in multi-disciplinary teams and coaching peers and juniors.
• Effective communication skills securing shared understanding and buy-in.
• Experience in rigorous planning, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation.

• Have end-to-end ownership of global technology solutions in the Connected Worker Portfolio, linking the People Function and D&T.
• Foster strong partnerships with Process Owners, internal stakeholders across functions and OpCos, and external providers.
• Secure alignment on strategic direction and shape the roadmap for enhancements and projects.
• Oversee delivery against the roadmap within budget, lead complex multidisciplinary projects including budget and resourcing.
• Manage cross-functional solutions such as the Inspire (ServiceNow) platform developed with D&T.
• Provide innovative perspectives and track internal KPIs to improve digital solutions and employee experience.
• Advise Process Owners and stakeholders considering technology and change impact on business.
• Collect and prioritize functional requirements to tailor solutions.
• Safeguard the global template and maintain a cross-functional end-to-end view.
• Oversee solution deployments across OpCos, ensuring smooth transition into support.
• Partner with Global Solutions & Support team to evaluate releases and ensure global standard alignment.
• Participate in knowledge sharing to deepen functional expertise across People Function.
• Provide subject matter expertise to shape global template processes using technology.
• Oversee deployment of enabling technologies and global template processes within program scope.
• Manage localization requirements and safeguard global template integrity.
• Provide coaching for continuous improvement to newly established Service Centres.
