Senior Validation Specialist

The company partners with AEM, Salesforce, Microsoft, and others. TTMS uses advanced AI-driven solutions for business process optimization, low-code application development with Power Apps, and reporting using Power BI and Snowflake Data Cloud.

• 3+ years experience in IT & Software Validation (CSV, GAMP), preferably in pharma environment
• Mandatory experience in Lean and/or Agile approaches
• Experience leading validation for projects and system maintenance
• Skilled in authoring validation plans, reports, and deliverable registries
• Experience authoring or reviewing validation-related deliverables, records, and evidences
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, models, and standards in pharmaceutical or other regulated industries
• Experience supporting applications under global inspection agencies (CFR 21 FDA Part 11, Annex 11)
• Awareness of common development technologies and governance processes impacting validation
• Collaborative work ability in cross-functional teams
• Clear and professional communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to share knowledge and guide others
• Sound decision-making on quality and technical subjects
• Persistence in follow-through and managing busy stakeholders
• Higher education or relevant experience in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or pharma
• English language proficiency (C1)
• Assertiveness, conflict management, and leadership skills
• Hands-on experience with Retina or JIRA (Backlog Management)
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Incident, Change, Knowledge Management)

• Determine validation approach and identify deliverables for GXP computerized systems projects or changes
• Review software documentation according to CSV corporate SOPs and regulatory guidance
• Provide estimates and forecast validation activities for projects
• Author validation plans and reports; review test plans, reports, and other deliverables to assess system readiness
• Liaise with business and informatics quality teams to ensure compliance with quality policies and standards
• Participate in validation discussions and provide consultancy on validation-related questions
• Review and collect expected CSV deliverables, records, and evidences according to plans
• Prioritize activities according to project schedules, business needs, and compliance requirements
• Ensure code release and maintenance procedures are identified and followed
• Confirm initial data loading and migration according to approved procedures
• Assess changes for potential impact on the validated state
• Support system maintenance and permanent audit readiness
• Observe governance processes and escalate areas for improvement
• Support system audit and inspection preparation as CSV subject matter expert
• Implement relevant frameworks and processes; propose and utilize tools
• Provide training and validation/quality knowledge exchange support
