IT Analyst

• Several years of experience as a Senior IT Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst
• Experience in banking, payments, or another regulated, technology-intensive environment
• Hands-on expertise in requirements elicitation and management, process and system analysis, impact assessment, traceability, acceptance criteria, and solution validation
• Proven ability to own complex requirements throughout the full solution delivery lifecycle
• Experience in large-scale transformation initiatives involving multiple systems, teams, and stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex problems into clear requirements and solutions
• Effective communication skills with business and technical stakeholders, including senior-level
• Experience with SAFe or other Agile delivery models
• Strong ownership, independence, pragmatism, and outcome focus
• Good understanding of AI and Generative AI, including use case identification, prompt creation, and critical evaluation
• Ability to work effectively in an international, cross-functional environment

• Lead end-to-end analysis of card transformation initiatives, translating business goals into prioritized requirements
• Manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements across the delivery lifecycle
• Facilitate workshops with business, product, architecture, development, testing, operations, and migration teams
• Perform current-state, target-state, gap, and impact analysis across processes, systems, integrations, data, and card portfolios
• Contribute to solution design ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, regulatory, and Mastercard/Visa scheme requirements
• Define acceptance criteria and support test planning, defect resolution, migration readiness, and solution validation
• Identify dependencies, assumptions, risks, and gaps early and recommend actions
• Use approved AI and Generative AI tools for requirements analysis, documentation, and quality reviews
• Identify AI-enabled improvements to analytical and delivery practices
• Share knowledge and analytical methods to enhance team delivery quality
