Senior IT Analyst with openness to support testing in Warsaw/Tricity for CBT unit (42930)

Join the Channels-Business unit shaping the future of digital business banking in the Nordic region, delivering web and mobile banking solutions across Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and Norway. Part of a vibrant technology team mainly located in Warsaw, working in one of six agile teams to design, develop, test, and enhance customer-facing digital products.

• 4+ years of experience in IT and/or business analysis within the banking industry
• Proven experience defining features and user stories based on business needs and collaborating with Product Owners on product and release roadmaps
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills for effective interaction with IT teams and business stakeholders
• Experience using tools such as JIRA and Confluence

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of digital banking or web application architecture
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma

• Analyze and document business needs, translating them into clear IT requirements for scalable solutions
• Lead delivery in collaboration with Business, IT, and Design stakeholders in an agile setup
• Coordinate with external vendors to align requirements and ensure quality deliveries
• Support manual testing of business and maintenance features according to priorities
• Proactively resolve blockers and manage dependencies across teams to ensure workflow continuity
