Wymagania
- 10+ years in software development with senior or principal engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, and distributed computing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure), Docker, Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, infrastructure-as-code.
- Proven experience designing scalable mobile and web applications focused on usability and performance.
- Experience in large enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise HR or colleague-focused systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, Zellis) is a plus.

- Drive architecture and design across multiple systems ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to align technology with colleague needs.
Innovation:
- Introduce new tools, frameworks, and approaches to improve development speed, quality, and performance.
Team Empowerment:
- Mentor and guide software engineers and tech leads across squads, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
System Ownership:
- Lead evolution of core colleague platforms including integrations with internal and third-party systems.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure high system availability, performance, and data integrity through DevOps practices and incident management.
