Technical Leader / Architekt systemowy

IT Factory is a dynamic IT services company recruiting for a Polish major company in the insurance and financial industry.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and supervising system architecture
• At least 2 years of experience in the insurance domain, preferably in claims area
• Very good knowledge of Java and Spring
• Experience in building scalable, secure, and failure-resilient distributed architectures
• Strong knowledge of architectural patterns and integration practices
• Practical knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architecture
• Practical knowledge of API governance
• Experience with end-to-end observability
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and automation (Infrastructure as Code)
• Ability to conduct code reviews, mentoring, and architectural workshops
• Participation in creating technology roadmaps and risk assessment
• English language proficiency minimum B2

Nice to have:

• Experience with Agentic SDLC
• Experience in multi-cloud strategies
• Awareness of cloud cost management (FinOps)
• Involvement in defining technological standards within an organization

• Designing from scratch a new system for reporting insurance claims and documenting the architecture
• Building the system in a distributed microservices architecture using agentic coding
• Participating in feasibility analyses and implementation assumptions
• Setting the direction of system development and maintaining technological standards and code quality
• Estimating development and architectural work effort and resource needs
• Assigning tasks, supervising implementation, conducting code reviews, and maintaining technical documentation
• Ensuring operational and security requirements of solutions
• Providing programming support during development, deployment, and stabilization phases
