Full Stack Engineer (Angular & Python) (remote work)

CloudLinux is a global remote-first company specializing in Linux infrastructure and security products for hosting providers. Their product Imunify360 offers an innovative six-layer security solution for shared and VPS/Dedicated servers. The company has more than 500,000 product installations and 4,000 customers, including Liquid Web, 1&1, and Dell. • Minimum 3 years of commercial software development, including at least 2 years with Angular (2+).
• Expertise with Angular technologies: TypeScript, RxJS, component architecture, state management, unit testing, SCSS.
• Proficient in Python 3 for backend development including REST APIs, async code, and pytest.
• Experience using AI coding tools and agents in software development.
• Skilled with Git, code review practices, CI/CD pipelines, and comfortable using the Linux shell.
• Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher for daily communication.

Nice to have:

• Experience with PHP plugins and integrations, including WordPress and hosting control panels.
• Experience with Go for services and CLI tools on customer servers.
• Knowledge of SQL databases like Postgres, SQLite, or ClickHouse.
• Familiarity with Bash scripting for deployment and automation.
• Background in information security (antivirus, WAF, firewalls) or web hosting.

• Build and evolve the product’s web interface in Angular: developing new screens, refactoring existing components, focusing on performance and accessibility.
• Own features end-to-end, from design mockups to API development; extend the Python backend when frontend data is missing.
• Use AI coding tools and agents daily to improve development efficiency.
• Write unit tests for frontend and backend, and end-to-end tests where applicable.
• Participate in task breakdown and architecture discussions before implementation.
