AI / LLM Ops Engineer

Agentica is an AI automation startup that designs and deploys custom AI products and agents for B2B clients worldwide. The company builds production-ready AI systems that automate and replace manual business processes across helpdesks, internal tools, e-commerce, production, and other high-friction areas. Its team delivers practical agentic AI solutions for clients ranging from cybersecurity software distributors to global Web3 companies.

• Proficient in Python as the primary language.
• Experience building AI agents with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Practical experience with RAG systems.
• Experience building chatbot engines with session durability, persistence, and state management.
• Familiarity with autonomous AI workflows that operate unattended or on schedule.
• Working knowledge of open-source, open-weight models and on-premise deployment requirements.
• Clear communication skills and strong sense of ownership.
• AI-first mindset with rapid learning ability.
• Write readable and extensible code.
• Comfortable with Git, Docker, and CI/CD.

Nice to have:

• Experience with MLOps (serving, monitoring, evaluation, deployment of ML models).
• Experience designing evaluations for LLM outputs including test sets and regression testing.
• Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise products.
• Experience with GDPR / PII data handling including classification and audit trails.

• Own client AI projects end to end, from scoping through delivery.
• Build and maintain AI agents and orchestration flows with Python, LangChain, LangGraph.
• Design and operate chatbot engines including session handling, persistence, and state management.
• Build and improve RAG systems: ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, and grounding.
• Develop autonomous automations that run without human intervention.
• Monitor LLM-powered services in production for latency, costs, and output quality.
• Work with open-source and open-weight models and adapt solutions for on-premise deployments.
• Integrate AI features into the broader product including APIs, data models, and infrastructure.
• Participate in code review and contribute to technical documentation.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
