Project Manager – IAM / RACF Access Control

LinkGroup operates in the banking, financial services, and other highly regulated sectors focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and access control.

• Proven experience managing or coordinating complex projects in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated sectors.
• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and access control frameworks.
• Familiarity with RACF or mainframe security environments is highly desirable.
• Good grasp of regulatory, audit, and risk compliance standards within financial institutions.
• Experience in process analysis, workflow optimization, and implementing automation initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to drive accountability and influence cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized, results-oriented mindset with strong attention to execution discipline and detail.

• Support and act as Deputy to the RACF Project Leader in end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of project activities.
• Drive progress across Business Delivery teams (~14 FTE), ensuring alignment with project timelines and milestones.
• Lead daily team standups, targeted virtual workshops, and ad-hoc stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Maintain action/decision logs, track risks, issues, dependencies, and escalate blockers to safeguard project health.
• Maintain progress trackers, prepare status reports, and deliver presentations for senior management governance forums.
• Identify, qualify, and manage implementation of automation opportunities to streamline workflows and boost delivery efficiency.
