Senior Business Analyst

Jit Team is a Polish IT company with over 770 experienced experts working on development projects globally. One of their clients is a Polish clothing company from Gdańsk, operating in over 25 markets with more than 2000 physical stores and an international e-commerce presence. The client's IT investments are a key business growth factor.

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Business System Analyst in IT projects.
• Ability to conduct independent analysis from understanding business needs to preparing solutions.
• Experience leading workshops and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Flexibility and quick adaptation to new business domains.
• Practical knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect.
• Knowledge and experience in business process modeling using BPMN.
• Ability to create analytical documentation and translate business needs into requirements.
• Conscious use of AI tools in analytical work and critical evaluation of generated results.
• Highly developed communication skills.
• English proficiency sufficient for working with documentation and project communication.
• Willingness to work on 3–6 simultaneous projects, often in various domains and stages of implementation.

Nice to have:

• Certifications in business analysis, e.g., IIBA, IREB CPRE.
• Experience in corporate or international environments.
• Experience in domains like Logistics, E-commerce, Product, Finance/Accounting, Stores, Back Office.
• Familiarity with specific business systems, although not required.

• Identify and analyze business needs and problems requiring solutions.
• Translate business needs into consistent, unambiguous, and testable business and functional requirements.
• Independently conduct analysis from problem identification to solution ready for implementation.
• Model and optimize AS-IS and TO-BE business processes using BPMN.
• Conduct workshops, analytical meetings, and discussions with stakeholders.
• Identify dependencies and analyze the impact of changes on processes, systems, and teams.
• Prepare analytical documentation suited to project needs.
• Ensure end-to-end consistency of business solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams and other business areas.
• Support teams during design, implementation, and verification of solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Use AI tools consciously to accelerate and deepen analytical work.
