Senior Software Engineer with Python and Go (f/m/x)

Sii is hiring for a role focused on designing and developing integration solutions to automate enterprise platforms such as GitLab and Jira. The team works on middleware, automation tools, and CI/CD components to improve software delivery and operational efficiency.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and integration solutions
• Very good knowledge of Python and Go programming languages
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines in GitLab and creating reusable CI components for GitLab
• Extensive experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Knowledge of database technologies such as Redis and SQLite
• Experience with cloud technologies like Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Azure
• Familiarity with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Beats) and Open Policy Agent (OPA) is an advantage
• English language proficiency minimum B2 level

• Designing and developing middleware services and integration platforms using Python and Go
• Creating robust integrations between GitLab and Jira, as well as other platforms like Elastic Stack and Open Policy Agent
• Building reusable services, libraries, and APIs to support automation and orchestration of processes
• Designing and implementing CI/CD components for GitLab
• Developing cloud applications and middleware
• Maintaining awareness of Linux system operations and shell commands
