Senior ERP System Architect/Manufacturing

• Proven experience maintaining ERP vision, roadmap, and architecture landscape.
• Hands-on experience leading SAP implementations, specifically in Manufacturing, Quality Management (QM), Warehouse Management (EWM), Production Planning, and Supply Chain.
• Solid understanding and practical application of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles.
• Experience contributing proactively to architecture practices and mentoring.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing modules including PP and PP-PI, with regulated environment experience.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) extension capabilities.
• Ability to design data models, integration patterns, NFR frameworks, and reference architectures for complex supply chains.
• Strong skills in technology trend analysis, vendor assessments, and feasibility studies.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset in enhancing value, managing technical debt, and leading innovative solutions.

Architectural Governance:

• Define the Architectural Runway for Agile Release Trains and act as technical lead for agile teams.
• Establish architectural guardrails, assure solution design, and lead architecture reviews.
• Enforce enterprise principles, business alignment, and compliance, mitigating risks and technical debt.

Delivery Support:

• Serve as System Architect for core ERP Agile Release Trains.
• Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery, deployment readiness, and minimize transition friction.
• Implement system enablers to achieve strategic goals.
• Act as escalation point for live site incidents ensuring SLA compliance and audit readiness.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Communicate complex architectural concepts and trade-offs clearly across teams.
• Collaborate with agile teams to support feature grooming and solution delivery.

Impact/Strategy:

• Develop and maintain the product technology roadmap.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance on technologies.
• Improve solutions, manage technical debt, and drive adoption of new technologies.
• Identify opportunities to enhance value and business processes in complex solution contexts.
