Procurement Delivery Manager - Digital & Tech

• University degree, preferably in business.
• Over 5 years of experience in global category management, strategic sourcing, procurement contracting, and operational category efficiency projects.
• Strong knowledge in IT and capability to engage with senior management.
• Solid leadership and influential skills.
• Extensive experience in IT sourcing, IT procurement, and/or IT vendor management with knowledge in IT professional services, infrastructure, application services, and software licensing.
• Executive presence comfortable interacting with internal and external executive leadership.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Business-level fluency in English.

• Contribute towards achieving team goals regarding financial and non-financial outcomes, continuity of supply, and procurement excellence.
• Develop and execute category strategies and tactical/strategic initiatives leveraging sourcing, negotiation, contracting, supplier management, and project management.
• Advocate for content and automation to improve business adoption and efficiency.
• Act as a role model and influencer supporting global projects and teams.
• Manage supplier and internal stakeholder relationships.
• Develop core capabilities to drive procurement effectiveness and efficiency for improved customer experience.
• Deliver on customer priorities while enabling Roche to meet societal and environmental commitments.
• Perform administrative tasks to maintain systems and processes.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, enterprise thinking, inclusive collaboration, and continuous learning behaviors.
