Senior Business Analyst (Ferryt)

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development, providing software that facilitates change, faster action, and better results. Their operations include technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in the financial sector in Poland.
• Ability to design and document business processes using UML, BPMN, and SQL.
• Knowledge of the Ferryt platform.
• Experience in developing and seeking innovative solutions.
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge and use of JIRA, Confluence, and JIRA Test Manager.
• Familiarity with methodologies for requirements elicitation, structuring, and modeling.
• Ability to create and structure requirements based on information from risk-related areas.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies.
• Confidence in presenting and public speaking.
• Higher education degree.
• Independence, creativity, initiative, and good self-organization skills.

• Participate in a banking sector project.
• Develop business processes on the Ferryt platform.
• Design and document business processes using UML, BPMN, and SQL.
• Analyze business needs.
• Build, develop, and seek innovative solutions.
• Create and document requirements.
• Test and implement changes.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams.
• Deliver services in a hybrid mode, one day per week at the Warsaw office.
