Devire IT Outsourcing is an IT specialist cooperation model based on B2B contracts, delivering projects for clients developing innovative and modern initiatives. The client is a global technology service and solution provider specializing in business process automation.

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing automation solutions using UiPath.
• Knowledge of the RPA project lifecycle from process analysis to production support.
• Experience working in complex, regulated environments (preferably healthcare, life sciences, or public sector).
• Familiarity with API integration, data management, and orchestration processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Polish and English languages.
• UiPath Advanced Developer or UiPath Solution Architect certification is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Experience in regulated sectors such as healthcare, life sciences, or public sector.
• UiPath certification at Advanced Developer or Solution Architect level.

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath.
• Maintain and support deployed solutions ensuring performance, stability, and operational compliance.
• Lead or support business process analysis with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Conduct workshops and project meetings.
• Verify and validate business cases to ensure tangible benefits.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and process owners to ensure smooth solution delivery.
• Maintain quality and documentation throughout the RPA lifecycle.
• Continuously seek innovation through UiPath new features, AI integration, and scaling automation opportunities.
