Staff Software Engineer — Node.js, React & AI

• Strong experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and the ability to operate independently on complex problems.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience with React and Next.js.
• Strong understanding of APIs, networking, databases, distributed systems, and security.
• Hands-on experience designing APIs, schemas, and service boundaries for scalable systems.
• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.
• Proven ability to work independently with ambiguous requirements, identify trade-offs, and make sound product and technical decisions.
• Experience taking ownership of larger technical areas and influencing architecture beyond individual features.
• An AI-native approach to development — using coding agents such as Copilot as a core part of your daily workflow.
• Strong verification and code-review discipline: reading diffs, testing generated code, and understanding its edge cases before merging.
• Ability to quickly move between technologies and programming languages when needed.
• English language proficiency C1+ (English: C1+ explicitly mentioned).

• Turn broad and sometimes ambiguous product requirements into simple, scalable technical solutions with minimal hand-holding.
• Take end-to-end ownership of complex features, services, or product areas from design through production.
• Drive and defend architecture and design decisions, including APIs, schemas, service boundaries, failure modes, scalability, and cost.
• Identify technical trade-offs and choose pragmatic solutions that balance product needs, engineering quality, and long-term maintainability.
• Use AI agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot to plan, implement, test, and refactor solutions.
• Break down complex work into tasks that AI agents can execute effectively and run multiple workstreams in parallel when appropriate.
• Review and verify AI-generated code before it reaches production, including testing edge cases, security implications, performance, and overall quality.
• Maintain strong engineering and architectural standards across an AI-assisted codebase.
• Debug production issues across services using telemetry and observability tools and drive issues through to resolution.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, DevOps, and QA to shape solutions, not just implement requirements.
• Help influence technical direction within the product area through sound engineering decisions and practical architectural thinking.
• Quickly adapt to unfamiliar technologies and ecosystems when required.
• Communicate technical decisions, trade-offs, and progress clearly, and take ownership of outcomes.

4. udostępnione dane będą podlegały udostępnieniu:

• podmiotom upoważnionym do ich otrzymania na mocy przepisów prawa,
• podmiotom serwisującym nasze systemy informatyczne,
• podmiotom świadczącym nam usługi księgowe, prawne, audytowe, doradcze,
• współpracownikom spółki, posiadającym stosowne upoważnienia do przetwarzania danych osobowych.

5. dane osobowe nie będą udostępniane poza państwa Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego;
6. dane osobowe będą przechowywane przez okres 10 lat,
7. ma Pani/Pan prawo do żądania od administratora dostępu do udostępnionych danych osobowych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania lub prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania, a także do przenoszenia danych;
8. ma Pani/Pan prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego, tj. Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych;
9. podanie przez Panią/Pana danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, lecz niezbędne do rozpoznania Państwa kandydatury na stanowisko współpracownika spółki oraz umieszczenia Państwa danych w bazie kandydatów na współpracowników spółki. Niepodanie danych osobowych uniemożliwi wykonanie umowy;
10. administrator nie przetwarza danych osobowych w sposób zautomatyzowany, w tym dane osobowe nie podlegają profilowaniu.
