Senior AI Automation Specialist

Edge One Solutions is a community of over 350 experts, part of the Euvic Group with 5500 members. The client is an international technology company specializing in e-commerce and gaming, developing a global marketplace platform for digital products with a focus on scalability and security.

• Minimum 3 years experience in process automation, system integration, or backend programming.
• Practical experience designing, deploying, and maintaining production workflows in n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript and working with JSON data.
• Strong knowledge of REST API, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, API tokens, pagination, and rate limiting.
• Experience integrating with LLM model APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, structured output, and tool calling techniques.
• Ability to design reliable automations with error handling, idempotency, logging, and testing.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and basic Linux system administration.
• Understanding of data security principles, GDPR (RODO), and safe AI usage in business contexts.
• Independent problem analysis, solution design, and implementation skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Jira and Confluence administration including Automation for Jira, ScriptRunner, and REST API in Atlassian Data Center.
• Knowledge of migrating Atlassian environments to Cloud.
• Experience building AI agents and RAG solutions.
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Qdrant, embeddings, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience evaluating LLM models, creating test sets, quality measurement, and defense against prompt injection.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft Teams, Entra ID, and integration with Active Directory / LDAP.

• Analyze business requirements and map processes to technological solutions with effort estimation.
• Design, create, and maintain automations in n8n (self-hosted), including triggers, webhooks, schedules, and error handling mechanisms.
• Integrate systems via REST APIs, including Jira, Confluence, Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, Google Cloud, and BigQuery.
• Develop solutions using LLM models for classification, routing, summarization, and data extraction.
• Build AI agents utilizing tool calling and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Develop custom solutions using JavaScript, Python, and custom n8n nodes and microservices.
• Ensure automation security including permissions, credentials, and personal data protection.
• Monitor workflows, analyze errors, optimize performance, and control AI model costs.
• Create technical documentation, automation standards, and share knowledge within teams.
