IT Analyst – Equity Trading & Capital Markets (f/m/x)

The role is within an international banking environment focused on a large-scale transformation programme in equity trading and capital markets, harmonising equity trading processes across Nordic countries covering the full trading lifecycle.

• Strong experience in Business Analysis / IT Analysis within banking or financial services.
• Solid understanding of the equity trading lifecycle – from order placement and execution to post-trade processing.
• Practical experience in business process analysis, process mapping and AS-IS / TO-BE analysis.
• Experience conducting gap analysis and impact assessments.
• Strong skills in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience facilitating workshops with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Ability to analyse complex business workflows, applications, integrations and data flows.
• Understanding of APIs, system interfaces and system interactions.
• Experience collaborating with Solution Architects and technical teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and IT solutions.
• Very good command of English.

• In-depth knowledge of Settlement and Safekeeping processes.
• Experience with post-trade operations and securities account structures.
• Experience in regulatory reporting and compliance.
• Participation in regulatory or market-driven transformation initiatives.
• Experience in international banking transformation programmes.

• Analyse current business processes, workflows, business rules and operating models across Nordic countries.
• Map AS-IS processes, applications, integrations and data flows.
• Perform gap analysis between existing solutions and the Nordic target architecture.
• Identify country-specific differences and document required changes.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements, user stories and solution recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, operations teams and IT teams.
• Support the definition of TO-BE processes and target operating models.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and development teams to validate proposed solutions.
• Support impact assessments across Order Management, Trade Processing, Settlement and Safekeeping.
• Document dependencies, assumptions, risks and architectural decisions.
• Prepare documentation and presentations for architecture reviews and programme stakeholders.
