Regular/Senior Embedded Software Engineer (f/m)

InTechHouse is an R&D and engineering company specializing in electronics and hardware design, embedded systems development, Edge AI, IoT, industrial data platforms, and OT/IT integration. The team works on engineering and software solutions for international customers across regulated and mission-critical industries including medical and life sciences, telecommunications, oil & gas, and aerospace.

• 4+ years of commercial experience in embedded C
• Hands-on experience with an RTOS
• Practical experience with BLE
• Experience implementing USB device functionality
• Experience with firmware update mechanisms
• English at B2 level or higher

Nice to have:

• Embedded system architecture design
• Cybersecurity and secure boot implementation
• Experience with NXP MCX N series and Eclipse ThreadX
• Experience preparing firmware for lab tests
• Working with AI coding agents (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code)

• Integrate and stabilize firmware on an RTOS-based system
• Implement BLE communication and data synchronization between two devices
• Implement USB device communication (High-Speed, MTP) with a mobile app
• Implement firmware updates over USB
• Support peripherals such as LEDs and a vibration motor
• Prepare the device firmware for lab testing
• Depending on experience, contribute to system architecture, cybersecurity, and secure boot
