Senior End-User Support Engineer

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Network Fundamentals and troubleshooting connectivity issues
• Skilled in Windows Endpoint Administration including workstation management
• Strong understanding of IT Service Operations Fundamentals for effective service delivery
• Experience with Microsoft Intune Support Essentials for device and endpoint management
• Excellent communication skills combined with problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to challenges
• Ability to perform well under high-pressure conditions
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Willingness to follow supervisor instructions

Nice to have:

• Experience with macOS and Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with Remote Access Tools for distant system support

• Assist end users located on-site through in-person and remote support methods
• Configure and install computer hardware, systems, printers, and scanning devices
• Collaborate with service providers and network engineering staff to resolve technical issues
• Maintain meeting room equipment to ensure consistent operation
• Manage tickets ensuring SLA compliance and timely responses
• Direct software installation efforts and resolve technical challenges
• Oversee incident tickets from initial report to closure
• Perform upkeep in the server room to maintain equipment reliability
• Organize and manage cabling for IT hardware
• Follow documented IT Work Instructions during routine tasks
• Maintain accurate and updated hardware inventory documentation

This position requires being on-site at the Warsaw office all five working days each week.
