FinCrime Analyst (KYB) - Lithuanian

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian (C1+ level)
• 2+ years of FinCrime experience
• Solid understanding of financial crime risks including ML/TF, fraud typologies, sanctions, and PEP considerations
• Familiarity with investigative methodologies and analytical tools like spreadsheets, filters, pivots, and network charts
• Willingness to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
• Sound judgment, critical thinking, and confidence to escalate inconsistencies
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail, consistency, and quality

Nice to have:

• Degree in law or STEM subject
• Professional certification (ICA or ACAMS)
• Experience in risk or AML/KYB function within banking or financial services
• Fluency in other languages

• Conduct KYB due diligence to onboard new business customers according to internal policies and regulatory expectations
• Perform KYC checks on individuals such as directors, shareholders, and UBOs
• Review corporate documentation to validate business legitimacy
• Collect and analyse evidence from official sources, registries, and trusted websites
• Assess customer's business nature and activity profile to identify red flags and prohibited or high-risk models
• Escalate high-risk cases with clear rationale and supporting evidence to specialist teams
• Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure documentation is audit-ready
• Request additional information and documentation from customers as needed using advanced communication
