M365 Product Owner & Governance Lead

• Practical experience with Microsoft 365, particularly Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
• Experience designing and implementing governance for Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of lifecycle management, policies, workflows, and compliance mechanisms.
• Familiarity with Identity & Access Management concepts.
• Ability to automate tasks using PowerShell and/or Power Platform.
• Experience collaborating between business and IT and translating business requirements into technological solutions.
• Experience leading governance initiatives and collaboration environment transformations.
• Ability to combine strategic perspective with practical configuration and platform management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good command of English (B2 level).

• Manage the Microsoft 365 roadmap and platform development according to business needs.
• Design and develop governance policies for Microsoft 365, including lifecycle management, naming conventions, provisioning, access governance, and external user management.
• Oversee configuration and standardization of Microsoft 365 services, especially Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
• Manage Microsoft 365 adoption, monitor platform usage, and define and analyze KPIs.
• Optimize Microsoft 365 and Power Platform license usage and costs.
• Automate administrative and governance processes using PowerShell, Power Platform, Logic Apps, and Azure Automation.
• Support governance of Power Platform, including environment strategy, DLP policies, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with business, IT, local teams, and management regarding Microsoft 365 development and utilization.
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and governance-compliant solutions.
• Support security, compliance, audits, and identity and access management processes.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
