• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, or User Admin in IQ.
• Experience in managing access groups, user accounts, and service accounts in the IAM system SailPoint IQ.
• Good understanding of applications and identity access management.
• Self-driven and motivated with a collaborative mindset.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

1. Access review and analysis of application security and user access management:

• Analyze access-related data to identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary user permissions.
• Assess findings and recommend appropriate actions based on business requirements.

2. Stakeholder coordination and analysis of application security and user access management:

• Engage, collaborate, and facilitate dialogues with business stakeholders, application managers, and system providers to gather information needed for appropriate action. Act as a trusted point of contact.
• Engage with RACF/IAM subject matter experts, and formulate suggestions for actions and mitigations.
• Facilitate the onboarding to SailPoint IQ or cleanup of access groups, user access, and service accounts.

3. Project Support & Change Management:

• Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities.
• Assist in prioritizing effort and managing scope changes.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
