Jit Team is recruiting an experienced Business Analyst to support the development of modern solutions for business clients in the banking sector. The project involves working with one of the leading banks in Poland on ambitious large-scale projects using Agile methodologies. The role offers hybrid work with a few days per month spent in offices located in several major Polish cities including Warszawa, Łódź, Gdańsk, Wrocław, Poznań, Kraków, Lublin, and Szczecin.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar roles
• Experience in banking, fintech, or payment sectors
• Knowledge of digital banking platforms for corporate clients, API/Open Banking integrations, backend and core banking systems
• Practical experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to document and analyze requirements using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Experience in process modeling with BPMN, designing customer journeys, and cooperating with UX/UI teams
• Experience in defining and coordinating UAT tests, creating test scenarios, and managing defect lifecycles
• Knowledge of AML/KYC, security, and banking sector regulations
• Ability to leverage customer data and feedback to recommend product improvements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills at the business-IT interface
• Higher education in computer science, economics, finance, management, or related fields
• English language proficiency at least at B2 level

• Collaborate with Product Owners and client segment owners to identify and analyze business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Analyze customer behaviors, feedback, and product data to identify needs and development opportunities
• Model As-Is and To-Be business processes and identify areas for automation and optimization
• Create and develop digital user journeys, epics, and user stories
• Participate in backlog refinement and support Product Owner in prioritizing work
• Cooperate with UX/UI teams, architects, system analysts, and development teams
• Define integration requirements between banking systems, electronic channels, and external solutions
• Prepare UAT test approaches, end-to-end scenarios, and test cases
• Coordinate UAT execution and defect management
• Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments affecting sprint and release execution
• Collaborate with technology partners, suppliers, legal, and compliance teams
