DevOps / Platform Engineer (Azure, Ansible, Docker)

People More is a technology company with a large client base in Poland and abroad. They build projects from scratch or in parts, including UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile, working directly for clients and partners internationally.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, or similar technical environments.
• Practical experience with cloud environments, Linux systems, and infrastructure automation using Azure, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and messaging platforms such as Kafka or similar.
• Strong understanding of automated build, test, and deployment processes, containerized applications using Docker, and modern CI/CD solutions.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and operating reliable production systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki or equivalents.
• Structured and proactive approach with strong ownership and focus on reliability, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Very good command of English and Polish languages.

• Develop and operate reliable cloud infrastructure and configuration management ecosystems for development, testing, and production environments.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes to enable fast, secure, and predictable software releases.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting efficient software delivery.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and operational visibility through monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Support platform services, integrations, and event-driven components to keep critical systems running smoothly.
• Apply secure operational practices including secrets management to protect infrastructure and sensitive data.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to improve automation, reliability, and the overall platform experience.
