Senior Data Warehouse Architect

The role is offered by a leader in financial services focused on transforming data into strategic assets, involving high-impact projects with advanced data integration and streaming solutions for business and operational excellence.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a developer or architect in data engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with technologies such as Flink, Kafka, Databricks, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of batch ETLs, real-time decisions, and stream processing.
• Proven ability to design intricate data workflows and integrate large-scale data systems.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Spark, CDC (Change Data Capture), Microsoft Azure, IaC (Terraform), Oracle, Python, Java, or other object-oriented languages.
• Higher technical education in a related field.
• Polish (fluent) and English (intermediate level) language skills.

• Lead analytical and development activities on the project, focusing on the deployment of a high-performance ODS solution.
• Collaborate in designing modern data processing solutions, leveraging the latest technologies.
• Implement new functionalities to optimize data flows and system performance.
• Work closely with cross-departmental teams to meet key business objectives.
• Analyze and translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable data architectures.
• Support system users and ensure seamless operational performance.
