Mid-Level Backend Developer – Banking Industry

This role is with a leading financial institution focused on innovating banking technology and delivering scalable backend solutions in the financial sector.

• Minimum of 3 years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles.
• Experience working within financial or banking sectors is a plus.
• Ability to attend the Kraków office a minimum of 6 days per month.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
