Obowiązki
- Support services within the EU AML project for operational execution of customer data remediation and update activities
- Timely, quality-assured, and auditable processing of defined customer portfolios according to client specifications
- Review of customer records for completeness, accuracy, currency, and plausibility
- Identification of data gaps, inconsistencies, and clarification requirements
- Support in follow-up and collection of missing information and documentation
- Processing and documentation of cases within prescribed systems, workflows, and procedures
- Monitoring processing status, deadlines, open items, and escalations
- Execution of quality assurance activities following established standards and guidelines
- Preparation and maintenance of status reports, tracking lists, and management reporting
- Regular coordination with project management and relevant business units
- Delivery of services based on provided work instructions, process specifications, and quality standards
- Ensuring diligent, confidential, timely, and audit-compliant service delivery with full traceability
- Support client in achieving project-related volume, quality, and timeline objectives
