Business Analyst

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development across software, embedded systems, data management, and cloud services. Their areas include technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis in IT projects within the banking or financial sector
• Practical experience in designing Customer Journey and onboarding processes for investment applications
• Experience in acquiring, analyzing, and refining business requirements
• Ability to model and optimize business processes, including front-to-back processes
• Experience conducting analytical workshops and cooperating with business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements for IT solutions
• Experience creating analytical documentation, requirement specifications, and project recommendations
• Ability to define acceptance criteria and support business testing
• Experience collaborating with development teams during digital solution deployment and growth
• Ability to identify problems and propose business process improvements

Nice to have:

• Experience in projects involving electronic trading of currencies, FX instruments, and market data
• Knowledge of pricing processes for financial instruments and price distribution to electronic channels
• Experience analyzing production incidents and integration testing

• Analysis of business needs in the rollout of new mobile application modules supporting investment products
• Designing and optimizing customer journeys (Customer Journey) including onboarding processes for investment applications
• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for IT teams
• Modeling front-to-back business processes related to investment product handling in digital channels
• Conducting workshops and consultations with business, technical stakeholders, and external partners
• Preparing analyses, recommendations, project documentation, and acceptance criteria
• Analyzing and defining requirements supporting electronic trading of currencies
