Senior Cloud Architect / Cloud Engineer (Azure)

Euvic S.A. is a large IT company with over 5000 employees and 20 years of experience. The project is carried out for an international client from the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry and involves developing an advanced cloud-native integration platform hosted on Microsoft Azure, responsible for processing and exchanging data between multiple systems.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience designing and building solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services and experience designing cloud-native architectures (PaaS, containers, event-driven solutions).
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, preferably Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and containerization.
• Experience working with Kafka or other event streaming platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure Event Hub, Cosmos DB, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools: Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (using Terraform or Bicep).
• Good understanding of cloud security concepts including IAM, encryption, secrets management, and network security.
• Experience designing high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
• Proficient programming skills in at least one language such as C#, .NET, Python, or Go.
• Ability to conduct architectural discussions and cost analyses.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level).
• Experience collaborating directly with clients.

Nice to have:

• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-305, AZ-400, AZ-500, AZ-204).
• Experience with Azure Landing Zones and FinOps approaches.

Cloud Security and Architecture:

• Design and implement cloud security solutions including IAM (Entra ID, RBAC, Managed Identities), secret and key management, data encryption, Private Link, and network segmentation.
• Architect cloud-native integration platforms according to the Azure Well-Architected Framework focusing on security, reliability, performance, cost, and operational excellence.
• Participate in architectural decisions related to scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, and cloud cost optimization (FinOps).
• Implement governance and compliance with Azure Policy, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and landing zone standards.

DevOps and Automation:

• Design and develop CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments and infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep) and GitOps.
• Build monitoring and observability solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and alerting.

Platform Development and Collaboration:

• Develop and maintain components based on event-driven architecture and managed Azure services.
• Collaborate daily with development, DevOps teams, solution architect, and client in technical and architectural discussions.

Recruitment process includes identity verification at advanced stages. First day of work requires on-site presence at an Euvic office for onboarding and equipment pickup.
