• Extensive experience leading large transformation programs in complex corporate environments.
• Proven success managing portfolios of high-scale, complex projects.
• Experience collaborating with senior management and strategic-level stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data, analytics, technology, or organizational transformation areas.
• Experience in managing budgets, business cases, and investment planning.
• Ability to manage risk, governance, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Capability to make decisions in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Very good command of English language.

• Defining and implementing the transformation strategy and long-term program roadmap.
• Managing a portfolio of related transformation initiatives and programs.
• Overseeing achievement of key business, technological, and operational goals.
• Building relationships and collaborating with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Leading decision-making processes and aligning priorities between business and technology areas.
• Managing risks, dependencies, and critical program elements.
• Creating and maintaining effective governance and reporting mechanisms for senior management.
• Managing program budget, investment planning, and resource allocation.
• Supervising teams of Program Managers, Project Managers, and PMO functions.
• Ensuring delivery of planned business benefits and effective organizational change adoption.
