SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Expert

• Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with SAP IBP implementation and configuration
• Strong knowledge of at least two SAP IBP modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, or Control Tower
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC integration scenarios
• Solid understanding of supply chain planning concepts including demand sensing, statistical forecasting, MRP, and S&OP cycles
• Experience conducting client workshops and translating business requirements into functional designs
• Proficiency with Excel Add-in for SAP IBP and analytical planning views
• Fluent English (written and spoken), B2 level or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning for Response & Supply (IBP R&S)
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP BW/4HANA
• Familiarity with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite
• SAP IBP certification
• Experience in Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks
• Background in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or life sciences industries

• Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP IBP implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live
• Configure and customize SAP IBP modules: Demand, Supply & Inventory, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Control Tower
• Conduct workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to capture and translate planning processes into SAP IBP solutions
• Design and implement planning models, key figures, planning levels, and operators
• Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party systems using SAP CPI or other middleware
• Support master data design and migration related to supply chain planning
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants
• Collaborate with architects and developers on custom enhancements and extensions
• Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, and training materials
• Participate in pre-sales activities including solution presentations and effort estimations
