Database Performance Architect (MS SQL Server)

COMARCH operates in the R&D area, focusing on system performance and optimization of its flagship ERP system Comarch ERP XL. The role involves working with large production databases and using advanced AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) for code analysis, diagnostics, and database optimization.

• Very good knowledge of MS SQL Server and T-SQL, including execution plans, indexing, statistics, locks, isolation levels, wait statistics, and diagnostic tools (Query Store, Extended Events, DMV)
• Experience optimizing large production transactional databases with measurable results
• Ability to accurately diagnose bottlenecks related to application, SQL, storage, network, or VM configuration
• Openness to work with C#/.NET integration layer, API ERP XL, GitLab, Jira, and AI tools (e.g., Claude)
• Independence, responsibility, initiative, and strong focus on delivering measurable outcomes
• Willingness to collaborate effectively with developers, implementation consultants, and service teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with ERP XL architecture and data model (e.g., from partner or client work)
• Practical experience with GitLab, Jira, and AI tools (e.g., Claude)

• Analyze the behavior of ERP XL under load and resolve performance issues in the product
• Perform comprehensive diagnostics in large installations covering application layer, MS SQL Server, and infrastructure, with effectiveness measurements
• Optimize queries, indexes, stored procedures, and data access paths in XL code in collaboration with developers
• Analyze databases and legacy code using AI tools (e.g., Claude) and propose improvement actions
• Define tests, benchmarks, and performance indicators for the system
• Prepare configuration recommendations for SQL Server and infrastructure for large clients and review new solutions
• Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) of serious incidents and create technical documentation for consultants and service teams

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
